How to transfer my domain name to VisualWebTechnologies? Print

If you wish to transfer your domain name to a VisualWebTechnologies, You will need to make sure you follow the steps below BEFORE starting the transfer process.

1. Have your domain's EPP Code (Security Key) handy so you can provide it to VisualWebTechnologies. Your domain's EPP Code can be obtained from your current registrar/host, simply ask for it. When you order a domain for the transfer process. The process can not be initiated without EPP code , so make sure you have access to it!

2. Make sure your domain name is Unlocked before you initiate a transfer process. This can be done only from your current registrar's domain control panel because if your domain name is locked , the transfer will fail

VisualWebTechnologies will then send a transfer request approval notice via email address. You need to approve that link and after that you need to contact your current registrar to take approve the transfer from their end.
