Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
A. No. We Don't Offer money back guarantee!


Q. What methods do you accept for payment?
A. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Instamojo, RazarPay and Apple Pay. All payments are made securely with SSL encryption.

Q. Does my service auto-renew?
A. Yes. Like any service, your web hosting service will auto-renew until you cancel it. Please make sure to properly submit a cancellation request for any unwanted services prior to renewal to avoid being billed. If you have a PayPal subscription, make sure to also confirm it has been cancelled as well.

Q. My invoice is past due. Will my service be suspended?
A. We have a 1 day grace period following your due date. If the past due invoice is paid within that time, your account will not be suspended. After 1 day unpaid accounts are automatically suspended. Once your past due invoice is paid, your account will be automatically reactivated.

Q. Can I pay in advance?
A. You can add funds to your accounts credit balance at any time. Your accounts credit balance is used to automatically pay for any due invoices.

Q. I added funds to my accounts credit balance, can I request a refund?
A. Sorry, any/all funds added to account credit is non-refundable.
