This notice is about the upcoming downtime on our LA1 location, where one or more of your VPS(es)/ Dedicated servers are being hosted.

Our LA1 datacenter/upstream has updated us that they will be conducting emergency critical power maintenance on the upstream uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system. As a result, your server will be down for a few minutes during this maintenance.

This maintenance is necessary to ensure that our power systems remain in optimal condition and can provide uninterrupted power to your equipment. We have taken all necessary precautions to minimize any impact on your operations.

The maintenance is scheduled to begin at 5 PM (PST timezone) on Saturday, April, 8th 2023.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We will keep you updated on the progress of the maintenance and will notify you when the server is back online. If you have any concerns or questions about this maintenance, please do not hesitate to contact us

Note,

- The VPS and dedicated server will be Gracefully Powered down before the operation begins.

- If you wish to shut down the server from your end, please do it before 5 PM PST.
